Our men gathered at NZ Spirit Festival this year, sharing space at the Mana Tent for a collective masculine embodiment experience. We journeyed through the four masculine archetypes of the king, lover, warrior and magician.

Through a mix of exercises, breathwork, movement practice and other connection activities we created an experience with the intention of helping men to uncover the most real, powerful versions of themselves in their individual lives, relationships, community and business.
