GRAEDON PARKER
Graedon has gathered experience over the past 6 years in the field of “Men’s Work”, completing leadership trainings with Sacred Sons (USA), Mankind Project (NZ), Tracks (NZ), Sonz Youth (USA). His passion for this mahi has developed over a decade after founding Organic Mechanic (OM) a lifestyle & wellbeing company, which highlighted the need to break through the conditioned “hard” and “passive” man stereotypes in NZ. With BROS he creates a space of transformation for our men & youth to be initiated into more honest & authentic forms of masculinity.

BILLY LEWIS
Billy is passionate about bringing men together, promoting wellbeing through connection and embodiment practices. This comes from a desire to see more connected, empowered men in Aotearoa and abroad, believing that this is a critical part of the next generation of leadership our world needs. Outside of BROS, he helps businesses convey their purpose through video storytelling and enjoys being a DJ, surfer, and yogi.

JAVIER UGAS
Javier is here to assist humanity attain personal freedom by coaching individuals in the realms of self-awareness, conscious co-parenting and men’s work.
He specialises in guided “inner-safaris” that explore the subconscious mind dismantling limiting beliefs and subsequently creating transcendental changes when relating to self and others from a place of true freedom.
With over two decades of experience in the field, Javier has attended trainings with Mankind Project (NZ), Essentially Men, Tracks, and Hawaiki Kura, building his skills that he brings to his own journey of fatherhood and coaching.
